About
I’m Dee. Ten years of locs, and my whole thing is healthy roots: clean, neat, never too tight. Starter locs get my full attention until they bud.

Loc care
Keep the roots neat for five weeks. Satin every night.
- 1
Sleep in a satin loc sock, bonnet or scarf every night.
- 2
Keep product light: a water-based mist on the length, a few drops of oil on the scalp.
- 3
Wash every one to two weeks, and dry your locs all the way through — never to bed damp.
- 4
Hands off the new growth between retwists. Palm-rolling at home thins the roots.
- 5
Book your next retwist for four to six weeks out.
